Prop 65 and CPSIA
As part of the Simba compliance program we work to ensure that each product meets the requirements of relevant legislation.
Consumer Protection Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) – Each product undergoes an age grading process that identifies all products may be used primarily by children 12 and under. Any products that fall into this category undergoes additional third party testing.
Proposition 65 – the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 – Simba integrates prop 65 compliance into our product testing plan. We monitor Prop 65 legislation to ensure we meet requirements. In addition, we offer Prop 65 labeling upon request.
