All Orders should include production ready art to ensure timely processing. If Art Approval or Art Proof is required, please state the request on the Purchase Order.
ART REQUIREMENTS for the best image reproduction we request Vector Art as it produces superior resolution and can be enlarged without adversely affecting image quality. Outline all fonts when submitting Vector artwork to avoid fonts defaulting.
ACCEPTABLE ART FILE FORMATS:
- Corel Draw® (.cdr); File with Convert Type to Curves selected and provide PDF file as reference
- Encapsulated Post Script for PC (.eps)
- Adobe Illustrator® (.ai); saved as PDF
- Photoshop® bitmap images should be in CMYK at least 300 DPI at actual size of subject image only
- Personalized text use Excel® (.csv)
DESIGN SERVICES and/or creation are available at $80.00/hour (V). Send requests to ORDERS@SIMBALINE.COM.
DROP SHIPMENTS to more than one destination: $5.00 (V) charge and our Free Shipping policy does not apply.
FREE SHIPPING A product, or group of products, qualifies for free shipping when the sub-total is above $300 (P) and all the products ship on the same day from the same warehouse to a single location within the United States 48 contiguous states. Does Not apply to orders with multiple delivery addresses.
PMS® COLOR matching is available on many products and will be matched as closely as possible. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed as colors do produce differently on various materials.
PRECIOUS METALS are subject to fluctuations in market price, request Quote.

RUSH ORDERS on express products, which require less than the standard production time stated in this catalog, must be confirmed by Simba and is based on available capacity at the time of order. All Rush orders are subject to the applicable catalog price Service Charge below except where specific charges are applicable (including but not limited to Champ Chains & Championship Award Belts. No cancellations are accepted on rush orders.

SHIPPING F.O.B. POINT is Simba factory (CA, NC).
SHIPPING METHOD for “Free Shipping” orders are via Ground Service by a carrier selected by Simba, at its sole discretion and is limited to the contiguous 48 States. Alternate carriers may be requested and are subject to additional charges.
All Shipments to Residential Addresses are subject to an additional fee of $5.95 per package, even if the shipment qualifies for Free Shipping (referenced above).
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME is estimated, actual times may vary based on seasonality affecting available capacity, size of order and other external factors. Production begins the first business day following approved artwork. Standard Production Times are in Business Days (therefore exclude weekends and holidays) and does not include transit time to the shipment destination.
VARIABLE DATA charges are $60 (P) per unique image and add 1 additional production day anytime variable data is requested. Customer must supply .csv file.
VIRTUAL PROOFS or Digital representations are available upon request at ART@SIMBALINE.COM.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
COD payments made at the time of delivery are subject to fees associated with collection and document preparation.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS of an order in process will be subject to all costs incurred to date, plus a cancellation fee of $50.00(V).
LATE PAYMENTS will result in the revocation of any special factory or tiered pricing.
LOST, DAMAGED, MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT claims or return requests must be made within 7 days from delivery date. Returns are not accepted without a Simba provided Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
OVERRUNS/UNDER RUNS that occur on all custom orders may be billed/unfulfilled up to 5% of the order quantity.
OVER CATALOG QTY PRODUCTION DAYS – For orders where the total quantity exceeds our end column, additional production days may be required.
PAYMENT TERMS are net 30 days on approved credit. To avoid delay in processing new customers orders, a 50% deposit with credit references (allow 7-10 days for credit approval) will be required prior to placing your order into production. A Credit Application may be requested at FINANCE@SIMBALINE.COM. All Custom orders over $5,000 require a 50% deposit. Special factory quoted orders and credit card payments made after time of shipment are subject to a 3% Processing Fee. Credit card orders will be processed at the time of order.
PRICES AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS are subject to change without notice. All Catalog quantity level based pricing uses the lower quantity level column for order quantities between column pricing levels. For orders exceeding the maximum column quantity, please request a Quote. If an item is between sizes refer to the next larger size. Sizes are determined by product’s longest dimension.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY dates are not guaranteed. They are best estimates at time of order and Simba assumes no liability for performance of Carriers nor the condition of the packages received.
SIZE MEASUREMENT to determine the applicable size for pricing measure your artwork/sample both vertically and horizontally. The longest dimension measurement will be used for pricing unless specified otherwise. If between sizes, round up to next available size unless otherwise specified.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS are subject to restocking fees (Stock Orders Only) and any shipping related charges associated with your order.
COMPLIANCE
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS used in customer-provided artwork shall be the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order with Simba, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, use and distribute merchandise containing the name, image, trademarks, logos, or copyright included in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Simba from and against all claim, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other intellectual proprietary right connected with your submission. The names, images, logos, designs, and trademarks shown in our publications this catalog are for illustrative purposes only and are not for sale to any unauthorized persons.
DIE CHARGES are service fees, and payment for such fees does not constitute ownership. All dies and materials required to manufacture an order shall remain the property of Simba. Custom dies will not be used for any other customer. In the event there are no reorders for a period of two years, Simba reserves the right to dispose of custom dies.
PRODUCT SAFETY AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE testing are key components of our compliance commitment of providing safe products to our customers. Simba is a member of the PPAI Product Safety Awareness program, and integrate industry best practices throughout the organization. Simba’s compliance program is comprised of two primary parts:
Social Compliance – All Simba suppliers must demonstrate compliance to a minimum Code of Conduct that ensures a legal and safe working environment.
Product Safety Compliance – A product safety assessment is part of our product development process and certain products are periodically reviewed by third party experts to ensure compliance to applicable legislation, including the CPSIA and California Prop 65. Please contact your sales representative or contact COMPLIANCE@SIMBALINE.COM for any specific testing information and reporting.
SIMBA MAY USE YOUR SUBMISSION and products you purchase in our advertising and displays. By placing an order with Simba, you grant Simba a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, non-cancelable license to use your products and images thereof in order to promote our company and our products and services. If you do not wish to grant Simba this license, please contact us before placing your order.
