ACCEPTABLE ART FILE FORMATS:
- Corel Draw® (.cdr) File w/Convert Type to Curves selected. Provide PDF as reference.
- Encapsulated Postscript for PC (.eps)
- Adobe Illustrator® (.ai) saved as PDF
- Photoshop® bitmap images in CMYK with at least 300 DPI at actual size
- Not Acceptable File Types are (.svg)
- Personalized text use Excel® (.csv)
CANCELLATIONS requests will be reviewed and may be subject to charges for work in process.
CHANGES of an order in process will be reviewed for accommodation, but not guaranteed.
COLOR Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
DESIGN SERVICES and/or creation are available request quote.
DIE CHARGES are service fees, and payment for such fees does not constitute ownership. All dies and materials required to manufacture an order shall remain the property of Simba. Custom dies will not be used for any other customer. In the event there are no reorders for a period of two years, Simba reserves the right to dispose of the dies.
DROP SHIPMENTS to more than one destination: $15.00(P) charge per destination.
FREE SHIPPING on qualifying orders of $300(P) and all the products ship on the same day from the same warehouse to a single location within the United States 48 contiguous states. No Free Shipping allowed on more than one ship to location.
FREIGHT CLAIMS or return requests must be made within 7 days from delivery date. Returns are not accepted without a Simba provided Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
IN-HANDS DATES - We do not guarantee in-hands delivery dates but will make every reasonable effort to meet the specified deadline provided by the customer.
MINIMUM ORDER amount is $100(P).
ORDERS should include production ready art.

PAYMENT TERMS are net-30 days on approved credit. To avoid delay in processing new customers’ orders, a 50% deposit with credit references (allow 7-10 days for credit approval) will be required prior to placing your order into production. A Credit Application may be requested at FINANCE@SIMBALINE.COM. All Custom orders over $5,000 require a 50% deposit. Special factory quoted orders and credit card payments made after the time of shipment are subject to a 3% Processing Fee.
PRICES AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS are subject to change without notice.
RUSH ORDERS on Express products, which require less than the standard production time stated in this catalog, must be confirmed by Simba and are based on available capacity at the time of order. All Rush orders are subject to the applicable Service Charge below. No cancellations are accepted on rush orders.

SHIPPING / FREIGHT CHARGES - Simba reserves the right to pass along all carrier-imposed surcharges, including but not limited to fuel, emergency, address corrections and any delivery area fees, when applicable to the customer’s shipping destination.
SHIPPING METHOD applicable “Free Shipping” orders are via Ground Service by a carrier selected by Simba, at its sole discretion and is limited to the contiguous 48 States.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY dates are not guaranteed. They are estimates and Simba assumes no liability for performance of Carriers, nor the condition of the packages received.
SHORT ORDER SHIPMENTS – Orders may occasionally ship with fewer units than ordered. If the shortfall is less than 2% of the total order quantity, Simba reserves the right to issue a credit for the missing items instead of shipping the remainder.
THIRD PARTY SHIPPING & handling fee of $10.00(P) per package will be applied to all 3rd party shipments.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS are subject to 25% restocking fees (Stock Orders Only) and any shipping related charges associated with your order.
RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES are subject to an additional fee of $15.00(P) per package on all shipments.
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME is estimated in business days and does not include transit time. Production begins the first business day following approved artwork.
VARIABLE DATA is subject to a $50.00(P) setup per unique design. There is a $0.50(P) run charge per piece. Add 2 additional production days. A .csv file must be provided.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS used in customer provided artwork shall be the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order with Simba, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, use and distribute merchandise containing the name, trademarks, logos, or copyright identified in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Simba from and against all claim, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other intellectual proprietary right of such merchandise. Use of logos, designs and trademarks shown in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only and are not for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by their owners.
PRODUCT SAFETY AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE testing are key components of our compliance commitment of providing safe products to our customers. Simba is a member of the PPAI Product Safety Awareness program and integrates industry best practices throughout the organization. Simba’s compliance program is comprised of two primary parts:
1.SOCIAL COMPLIANCE – All Simba suppliers must demonstrate compliance with a minimum Code of Conduct that ensures a legal and safe working environment.
2.PRODUCT SAFETY COMPLIANCE – A product safety assessment is part of our product development process and certain products are periodically reviewed by third party experts to ensure compliance to applicable legislation, including the CPSIA and California Prop 65. RIGHT TO PROMOTE of purchased products in our advertising and displays is granted to Simba, unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order.
