ART REQUIREMENTS
For the best production, we request vector art.
ACCEPTABLE ART FILE FORMATS:
• Corel Draw® (.cdr) file with “Convert Type to Curves” selected. Provide PDF as reference.
• Encapsulated Postscript for PC (.eps)
• Adobe Illustrator® (.ai) saved as PDF
• Photoshop® bitmap images in CMYK with at least 300 DPI at actual size
NOT ACCEPTABLE FILE TYPES:
• (.svg)
Personalized text should be submitted using Excel® (.csv).
CHANGES/CANCELLATION
Requests will be reviewed and may be subject to charges for work in process.
COLOR
Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
DESIGN SERVICES
Design services and/or creation are available—request a quote.
CUSTOMER ARTWORK
Submitted artwork must adhere to Simba’s quality standards found on Simbaline.com.
DIE CHARGES
Die charges are service fees, and payment does not constitute ownership. All dies and materials required to manufacture an order remain the property of Simba. Custom dies will not be used for any other customer. If there are no reorders for a period of two years, Simba reserves the right to dispose of the dies.
DROP SHIPMENTS
Shipments to more than one destination incur a $15(P) charge per destination.
FREE SHIPPING
Available on qualifying orders of $300(P) or more, provided all products ship on the same day, from the same warehouse, to a single location within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is not allowed on multiple ship-to locations.
FREIGHT CLAIMS / RETURNS
Claims or return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns require a Simba-issued Return Material Authorization (RMA).
IN-HANDS DATES
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but every reasonable effort will be made to meet customer deadlines.
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order amount is $100(P).

PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days on approved credit. New customers require a 50% deposit with credit references (allow 7–10 days for approval). Credit applications may be requested at FINANCE@SIMBALINE.COM.
All custom orders over $5,000 require a 50% deposit. Special factory-quoted orders and credit card payments made after shipment are subject to a 3% processing fee.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders must be confirmed by Simba and are based on available capacity. No cancellations are accepted.
Service Charges:
• Same Day – Request Quote
• 1 Day – 75% of order value
• 2 Day – 50%
• 3 Day – 35%
• 4 Day – 25%
SHIPPING (GENERAL)
F.O.B. points are CA or NC. Simba reserves the right to pass along all carrier-imposed surcharges.
SHIPPING SURCHARGES
Extended/remote area surcharges apply when applicable. Address correction fees will be charged for incomplete addresses.
SHIPPING METHOD
Free shipping orders use ground service by a carrier selected by Simba and are limited to the contiguous 48 states.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY DATES
Dates are estimates only. Simba assumes no liability for carrier performance or package condition.
SHORT SHIPMENTS
Orders may ship with fewer units. If the shortfall is less than 3%, Simba may issue a credit instead of shipping the remainder.
THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING
A $15.00(P) handling fee per package applies.
UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Subject to a 25% restocking fee (stock orders only) plus any shipping-related charges.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY
An additional $15.00(P) per package applies.
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME
Estimated in business days and does not include transit time. Production begins the first business day after order/art approval.
VARIABLE DATA
• $50.00(P) setup per unique design
• $0.50(P) per piece run charge
• Add 2 production days
• .csv file required
• Fonts must be available via Adobe Fonts or Google Fonts
COMPLIANCE – COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
Customers are responsible for rights to any submitted artwork. By placing an order, you confirm authorization to use all logos, trademarks, or copyrights. You agree to indemnify Simba against all related claims and expenses.
PRODUCT SAFETY & SOCIAL COMPLIANCE
Simba is a member of the PPAI Product Safety Awareness Program and follows industry best practices.
Compliance includes:
- Social Compliance – Suppliers must meet minimum Code of Conduct standards for safe and legal working conditions.
- Product Safety Compliance – Products are assessed during development and periodically reviewed to meet applicable regulations, including California Prop 65.
